At Foxy Fashions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
- Footwear must be tried indoors only and returned in original condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, accessories, or items bought during clearance sales are non-returnable.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- You may exchange the product for a different size or style (subject to availability).
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours with proof (images/video). We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
